Green Beans!


Never to be underrated. They are so easy to cook -- steam 'em in a saucepan for less than a minute to keep them crunchy and fresh and delicious. You'll have to top and tail them first which, in its own way is quite a therapeutic way to spend some time, back forth, up, down, with some music in the background, a glass of your preferred beverage in the fore. Easy Easy.
